The Penn State Alumni Association

What’s been happening:

After graduating in May 1999, I moved to Washington, D.C. where I met my (now) wife, Karen, in June 2000. In November 2001, we decided to move to the Seattle area where Karen grew up. Since my days at PSU, I have worked in a number of legislative and public policy positions, and have served on the staff of several local elected government officials. Currently, I am a public affairs consultant for Waggener Edstrom Worldwide in Bellevue, WA, where I provide communications counsel to clients such as Microsoft. In March 2008, Karen and I moved to Snoqualmie, WA, where we built our house in a wonderful growing, young community nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. Even though Karen did not go to school at Penn State, we are both very active in the local Puget Sound alumni association chapter. And while we don't get back to attend the football games in person, we join a large, dedicated group of alumni every Saturday at a local restaurant (which we share with the Ohio State Buckeyes) to cheer on the team.
